Refund policy

We want to make exchanges and returns as simple and transparent as possible.

 

 

RETURN REQUESTS

 

Customers must request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed;
• The original tags must remain attached to the product;
• The item must be free from odors, stains or signs of use;
• The product must be returned in appropriate condition;
• Proof of purchase may be required.

 

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

 

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other fees paid in connection with an international order are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an international order. Kace Wear is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

 

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

 

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

 

Products purchased under promotional conditions may be subject to specific exchange or return conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide your order information and, when requested, photos of the product.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return procedure may apply.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
