EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Exchange or return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after receiving your purchase. The product must be unused, with the original tag attached, and accompanied by the invoice.

The first exchange or return includes free reverse logistics, except for promotional products. After receiving and analyzing the product, our team will proceed with the exchange or refund.

REFUND

The process can take from 5 to 23 business days. For payments via credit card, the chargeback may occur within up to 2 billing cycles; for bank slip (boleto) or Pix, within up to 15 business days.
